Pagosa Adventure Rentals is a family owned and operated ATV / UTV rental business based in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Our family moved there from Naples, Florida in 2005 and have called it home ever since.

Who We Are and What We Offer

About The Owners

Being habitual entrepreneurs, our goal when starting this business was to work beside our kids and give them the opportunity to learn how a business operates. We also wanted to instill a strong work ethic, and offer them the opportunity to acquire ownership in the business through sweat equity.


You may see our daughter MacKenzie, and son Max, either working the counter, helping you load the trailer, or washing the vehicles when they return. With ownership comes the means to pay for some of their college tuition or save for the future. Please take care of our vehicles as if they were your own.

The Beauty of Pagosa Springs

Being in Southwest Colorado, our region allows us to operate for a longer season than in other parts of the state. Available from mid-May through mid-November, our guests are able to experience the beauty, majesty, and the best ATV trails and off road routes in the Southwest Colorado Rockies from late spring through early winter. You could ride every day of the season and still not see all of the nearly 4 million acres of national forest that surround us. And if that’s not enough, Pagosa Springs has one of the best inner tubing rivers right through the middle of town, three of the best microbreweries in the state and “the world’s deepest hot springs”. All of which are a great way to end the day’s adventure. For those of you visiting in the fall, you have the incredible fall foliage and some of the best elk and mule deer hunting in the country. Our ATV and UTV rentals make it a lot easier getting up and down the mountain to the best hunting grounds.

Why Choose Our ATV / UTV Adventures?

Now with 2 Pagosa Springs locations to provide faster and better trail access. Our convenient downtown Pagosa Springs location offers customers quick and convenient access to their ATV rentals and off roading vehicles. We specifically chose our location to allow you more time riding the trails, and less time towing to the trail head. Our new “ride out” location is a short 15 minute drive west of town. This location borders the largest trail system in the county. Our parking lot is literly 50 yards from the San Juan National Forest boundary.

Early Pick Up

Additionally, we are the only ATV / UTV rental company in Pagosa Springs that allows you to pick up your rental the afternoon (typically between 2:00- 5:30pm depending on availability) before your reservation starts at no extra charge. Our “night night before pick up” policy gives you 2 times more riding time than a typically daily rental. This allows you to get to the trail head the night before, if you are camping, prep the machine for your next day adventure, or maybe take in a night ride. The next morning you can depart as early as you like, which maximizes your rental time by not waiting in the check out line to do paperwork.
